Position: Vice President of HR - Strategic Analyst

Summary:

As our Vice President of HR Strategic Analyst you will leverage your analytical skills and storytelling ability to provide strategic insights that drive HR initiatives and decision-making. You will utilize your master Excel skills for advanced data analysis develop compelling presentations and collaborate with various stakeholders to communicate findings effectively.

Duties & Responsibilities

Data Analysis:

  • Gather analyze and interpret HR data.
  • Identify trends patterns and insights that provide HR strategies and initiatives.

Storytelling through data:

  • Develop compelling narratives that highlight key findings and strategic recommendations.
  • Create engaging presentations and side decks that effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Strategic Decisions Making:

  • Collaborate with HR leadership to align data insights with business objectives.
  • Support the development of strategic HR initiatives and programs based on analytical findings.

Reporting and Presentation:

  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Present findings to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics.
  • Recommend enhancements to dtata collection and analysis processes.

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a data analyst preferably within an HR context.
  • Proficiency in excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to present complex data in an understandable and engaging way.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on making data-driven decisions.
