Position: Vice President of HR - Strategic Analyst
Summary:
As our Vice President of HR Strategic Analyst you will leverage your analytical skills and storytelling ability to provide strategic insights that drive HR initiatives and decision-making. You will utilize your master Excel skills for advanced data analysis develop compelling presentations and collaborate with various stakeholders to communicate findings effectively.
Duties & Responsibilities
Data Analysis:
- Gather analyze and interpret HR data.
- Identify trends patterns and insights that provide HR strategies and initiatives.
Storytelling through data:
- Develop compelling narratives that highlight key findings and strategic recommendations.
- Create engaging presentations and side decks that effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Strategic Decisions Making:
- Collaborate with HR leadership to align data insights with business objectives.
- Support the development of strategic HR initiatives and programs based on analytical findings.
Reporting and Presentation:
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track HR metrics and KPIs.
- Present findings to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics.
- Recommend enhancements to dtata collection and analysis processes.
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Data Analytics or a related field.
- Proven experience as a data analyst preferably within an HR context.
- Proficiency in excel and other data analysis tools.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to present complex data in an understandable and engaging way.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on making data-driven decisions.
