We are seeking a highly capable and forward-thinkingAccounting Managerto join our Finance team. This is akey rolewithin the organization with direct impact on financial integrity compliance and operational efficiency. TheAccounting Managerwill lead statutory accounting and treasury operations ensure compliance with local GAAP and tax regulations and act as an internal tax advisor. A critical part of the role is todrive automation and process optimization contributing to the digital transformation of the finance function. This position is ideal for a finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with a strategic mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee allaccounting operations including general ledger accounts payable/receivable and monthly/year-end closings.
Ensure full compliance withlocal GAAPfor statutory reporting and maintain accurate financial records.
Apply solid working knowledge ofIFRSwhere applicable.
Leadtreasury operations including cash flow forecasting liquidity planning and banking relationships.
Providein-house tax consulting expertise ensuring compliance with local tax laws and offering strategic tax guidance to the business.
Coordinate and supportexternal audits acting as the main point of contact for auditors and tax authorities.
Supervise and mentor theaccounting team fostering a culture of accuracy ownership and continuous improvement.
Identify lead and implement automation initiativesto streamline accounting and reporting processes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support financial decision-making and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree inAccounting Finance or a related field;CPA ACCA or equivalent certification is a plus.
Minimum57 yearsof progressive experience in accounting including at least2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge oflocal GAAPtax legislation and practical application ofIFRS.
Proven experience intreasury managementand financial operations.
Familiarity withERP systems;EBS knowledge preferred.
Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel.
Demonstrated ability tolead automation and process improvement projects.
Excellentanalytical thinkingattention to detail andcommunication skills.
Fluency in English (written and spoken)is required.
Level A signature authority.
