Position Overview
Were looking for a high-impact full-desk Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Sales Distribution and Field Operations teams. This is not just another req-filler were seeking a true recruiters recruiter: a hunter who thrives on sourcing top talent in tough and emerging markets and knows how to move fast without sacrificing quality.
Youll own the end-to-end recruiting process from intake to offer while building trusted partnerships with hiring managers and delivering a standout candidate experience along the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent in competitive and unfamiliar markets.
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles in Sales Distribution and Field Ops including intake sourcing screening interviewing and offer management.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and define success profiles.
- Conduct structured competency-based interviews with a strong focus on culture and values alignment.
- Deliver clear timely updates and insights using our applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting dashboards.
- Represent Grover Gaming at career fairs campus events and local networking functions.
- Support employment branding efforts to promote Grover Gaming and Light & Wonders talent brand.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Talent Acquisition team on cross-functional initiatives and enterprise-wide hiring events.
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal hiring laws including awareness of immigration requirements when applicable.
Qualifications
What You Bring
Required:
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across various disciplines and geographies.
- Strong sourcing chops youre not afraid to cold reach creatively research or dig deep to find the right fit.
- Adaptable and quick-thinking comfortable shifting gears in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural relationship builder.
- Data-aware with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
- Passion for creating an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.
Preferred:
- Experience in gaming technology or other highly regulated or niche industries.
- Background in both agency and in-house recruiting.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools ATS platforms and social recruiting best practices.
- Ability to spot high performers who bring energy focus and fun to sales distribution and field operations.
- Bachelors degree in human resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
