Position Overview

Were looking for a high-impact full-desk Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Sales Distribution and Field Operations teams. This is not just another req-filler were seeking a true recruiters recruiter: a hunter who thrives on sourcing top talent in tough and emerging markets and knows how to move fast without sacrificing quality.

Youll own the end-to-end recruiting process from intake to offer while building trusted partnerships with hiring managers and delivering a standout candidate experience along the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent in competitive and unfamiliar markets.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles in Sales Distribution and Field Ops including intake sourcing screening interviewing and offer management.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and define success profiles.
  • Conduct structured competency-based interviews with a strong focus on culture and values alignment.
  • Deliver clear timely updates and insights using our applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting dashboards.
  • Represent Grover Gaming at career fairs campus events and local networking functions.
  • Support employment branding efforts to promote Grover Gaming and Light & Wonders talent brand.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Talent Acquisition team on cross-functional initiatives and enterprise-wide hiring events.
  • Ensure compliance with local state and federal hiring laws including awareness of immigration requirements when applicable.

Qualifications

What You Bring

Required:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across various disciplines and geographies.
  • Strong sourcing chops youre not afraid to cold reach creatively research or dig deep to find the right fit.
  • Adaptable and quick-thinking comfortable shifting gears in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural relationship builder.
  • Data-aware with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
  • Passion for creating an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.

Preferred:

  • Experience in gaming technology or other highly regulated or niche industries.
  • Background in both agency and in-house recruiting.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools ATS platforms and social recruiting best practices.
  • Ability to spot high performers who bring energy focus and fun to sales distribution and field operations.
  • Bachelors degree in human resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
