In this position...

The successful candidate will serve as a Planning Analyst on the Lincoln Planning and Strategy team supporting all pre- milestones for Lincoln branded vehicle programs sold in North America. This role requires substantial collaboration with both US-based and China-based skill teams.

This is a hybrid opportunity and the team is normally onsite 4 days/ week in Dearborn MI.

What youll do...

• Complete all Pre- deliverables assigned to Lincoln Planning; on-time and with high quality.
• Help identify opportunities for modifications to the Global Vehicle Cycle Plan that support the Lincoln Brand Strategy.
• Whenever necessary carry out the process(es) required to update the Cycle Plan (e.g. two-pagers).
• Support strategic projects and initiatives as needed.

Youll have...

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
• 3 years of experience in a large enterprise or global company.
• 2 years of experience in a Project/Program Management and/or Planning role with skills including:
  • Ability to break down large complicated projects into smaller more manageable tasks estimate the time required for each task and identify the dependencies of said tasks to define the critical path of any project.
  • Strong critical thinking skills; must be able to proactively identify problems and develop solutions.
  • Adept at using data logic and emotion to persuade others to adopt their point of view.
  • Robust interpersonal skills are necessary as this role requires substantial informal leadership.

Even better you may have

• MBA or Masters Degree in Engineering or related field
• 5 years of Project Management experience in a Technical environment.
• Automotive Industry experience.
• Knowledge of GPDS and Global Integrator.
