Job Description
Salary:RON gross/month
Extra percentage for weekend & night shifts
Monthly bonus: 250 RON gross (based on objectives)
Meal allowance
Transportation compensation: 25 RON / working day
Private health insurance
Performance bonus
Location: Bucharest Hybrid (after training)

Work schedule: 24/7 rotating shifts 8 hours/day

Hybrid model: 2 days work from home 3 days at the office (after completing the training period)
What Youll Do:
Manage and update sportsbook content in real time Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of betting events odds and results
Monitor live events and make quick adjustments when needed
Collaborate with trading and risk teams to maintain optimal sportsbook performance
Assist in the creation and improvement of content processes and tools
Work in shifts including nights and weekends as part of a dynamic team
Requirements:

Passion for sports and basic understanding of betting markets

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Good computer skills & familiarity with content management systems

Good command of English (written and spoken)

Team player flexible and proactive mindset

Previous experience in sportsbook betting or similar fields is an advantage but not mandatory
