Job Title: Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative
Start Date: 7th July 2025
Location: Remote within Greece (Work-from-Home)
About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Portuguese speakers to join our clients team as Customer Service Representatives. You will be the first point of contact for customers providing support resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls emails or chats from customers in Portuguese

Provide accurate information about products and services
-
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
-
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Document customer interactions in the system
-
Collaborate with other departments when necessary to resolve complex queries
Requirements:
-
Native or fluent in Portuguese
-
Good level of English (B1 or above)
-
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Previous customer service experience is a plus

Eligible to work in Greece
Work Arrangement:
-
Remote work: If relocating work-from-home is based in Athens

If already local in Greece work-from-home is available anywhere in Greece
Relocation Package (if relocating):
