This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join their residential team in Peterborough. Youll be a key part of their leadership structure ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered every day.
What Youll Be Doing:
As a Deputy Manager youll lead shifts support staff development and help manage the daily operations of the home. Your leadership will directly impact the well-being and progress of the young people we care for. No two days are the same; some will be challenging but all will be rewarding.
Were Looking for Someone Who:
-
Holds or is working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare
-
Has at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a childrens residential setting

Has ideally worked as a Deputy Manager previously
-
Understands Ofsted regulations and safeguarding legislation

Is organised confident with IT systems and passionate about quality care

Can lead with energy empathy and integrity
