We are looking for a highly motivatedSenior Product Marketing Manager (f/d/m) someone who thrives on complex challenges and is eager to turn bold ideas into compelling market strategies that drive growth.
YOUR MISSION
- Own end-to-end product marketing strategy and execution clearly articulating CEEZERs value proposition across all buyer stages.
- Develop compelling messaging and positioning that distinctly differentiates CEEZERs solutions in the voluntary carbon market (VCM).
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and feature rollouts coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Drive sales enablement by creating tailored collateral battle cards competitive intelligence and training materials to accelerate pipeline growth.
- Regularly update buyer personas ideal customer profiles and buyer trends to align marketing and sales efforts.
- Create impactful marketing content and campaigns that drive awareness quality leads and product adoption.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Over five years of product marketing experience ideally in SaaS climate tech or enterprise software.
- Proven leadership skills and experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
- Strong expertise in messaging frameworks positioning and go-to-market execution.
- Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear buyer-centric messaging.
- Knack for handling multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced mission-driven startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills the ability to write high-quality content in English is a must.
- A valid working permit in Germany.
