Job Title: Back Office/Support Specialist
Location: Paphos Cyprus
Office Hours: 15:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Industry: Forex
About the Role:
Are you someone who thrives behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly As a Back Office/Support Specialist in the Forex industry youll play a crucial role in maintaining our operations efficiency and effectiveness. Your contributions will ensure our team can provide top-notch service to our clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support daily operations ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of documents.
- Manage client inquiries and provide timely support via various communication channels.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the Forex industry.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
