Job Description

Were looking for motivated individuals to join our Customer Service Representative team and serve as the frontline connection between Verizon and its customers.

As a Verizon Customer Service Representative youll play a vital role in providing personalized support resolving issues and helping customers understand how Verizons products and services can improve their everyday lives. Youll use your communication skills and problem-solving abilities to build trust and deliver a best-in-class experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Verizon customers assisting with billing inquiries plan upgrades technical support and general account questions.
  • Provide tailored solutions by identifying customer needs and promoting Verizons latest services devices and offers.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Verizons wireless plans promotions and devices to effectively educate and guide customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Accurately document customer interactions sales and service details in CRM systems.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions to stay informed about new products and service updates.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service retail telecommunications or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively actively listen and remain composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations and meet performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the local office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
