Position Overview
Join our dynamic customer service team providing specialized support for a leading German banking partnership and rewards program. Youll be the first point of contact for customers helping them navigate banking services and maximize their rewards benefits.
What Youll Do
Handle inbound customer inquiries about German bank partnerships
Provide expert guidance on rewards programs and benefits
Deliver exceptional service-oriented support
Build positive customer relationships through professional communication
Schedule & Compensation
Schedule: Monday to Sunday 07:00-23:00 (rotating shifts)
Days Off: 2 rotating days per week
Base Salary: 1100 per month (14-month contract)
Performance Bonus: 100 per month (12-month bonus structure)
Meal Allowance: 7.63 net per working day
Relocation Support
From Outside Portugal:
Shared accommodation for up to 12 months (280/month including utilities deducted from salary)
Hotel accommodation for first 28 days
Airfare reimbursement up to 400 after 6 months
From Inside Portugal:
Hotel accommodation for first 15 days
Travel cost reimbursement up to 150 after 6 months
Accommodation support available for candidates currently in competitor housing
Requirements
Languages: Native/C2 German B2 English
Documentation: EU ID Residence Card Manifestao de Interesse or approved visa
Availability: Flexible for rotating shift schedule
