About the job:
The role focuses on enhancing brand awareness maintaining a consistent corporate image and driving stakeholder engagement through integrated communication strategies market insights and collaboration across departments and external partners. This role will play a pivotal role in strengthening the companys brand presence across traditional and digital platforms while ensuring alignment with product narratives and organizational positioning.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing brand and communication strategies aligned with the companys vision and goals.
- Develop and implement branding strategies for new and existing products focusing on market trends and target audience.
- Collaborate with New product development sales and marketing teams to build strong product narratives.
- Ensure product messaging packaging and promotional materials clearly reflect brand identity and positioning.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify branding opportunities and areas of differentiation.
- Plan and execute brand-building campaigns events and CSR initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to maintain brand consistency.
- Monitor customer feedback and market response to continuously optimize product branding efforts.
- Manage the companys online presence including websites social media channels and email marketing.
- Develop content calendars and campaigns to engage stakeholders and promote brand values.
- Analyze communication campaign performance and prepare reports for management.
Required Qualification
- Bachelors Degree/ professional qualification in Marketing/ Business Management or any relevant field from recognized institution.
- Possess an MBA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in marketing or branding is must.
- Solid understanding of product branding market positioning and customer engagement strategies.
- Skilled in content creation social media tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in launching and managing brand identities is a plus.
- Excellent collaboration and leadership capabilities.
