Job Description

Industry: Accounting Firm

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Admin Officer to join our client a professional accounting firm. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office operations purchasing stock control and internal documentation. This is a great opportunity to grow in a stable and professional work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks including filing scanning and organizing documents ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate meetings schedules and internal office communications effectively.
  • Handle incoming calls emails and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support the accounting team with document preparation data entry and other administrative tasks.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist HR and finance departments with administrative support as needed including onboarding processes and payroll documentation.
  • Ensure proper documentation and confidential handling of sensitive files and records.
  • Liaise with vendors service providers and clients for procurement maintenance and office-related needs.
  • Monitor and manage office stock levels including pantry and office equipment.
  • Oversee office hygiene safety and security procedures to maintain a comfortable and compliant work environment.
  • Manage petty cash and support finance-related transactions related to office expenses.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in an administrative role.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); good command of Chinese is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Responsible trustworthy and maintains high integrity.
