Location: Mlaga Spain (on-site)
Language Requirements: Native German English (B2)
Contract Type: Full-time permanent contract after 12 months
Relocation Support: Up to 500 for flight assistance in finding accommodation
Cross Border Talents is hiring an Account Manager to join an international team in Mlaga supporting one of the worlds leading financial services brands.
This is a client-facing role focused on long-term relationship management and portfolio growth within the German SME market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of SME clients focusing on retention and growth
- Identify client needs and deliver tailored AMEX solutions
- Proactively develop your sales pipeline and exceed growth targets
- Build strong consultative relationships with decision-makers
- Understand client risks and opportunities to maximize value
Profile Were Looking For:
- Native German speaker with fluent English (B2)
- Experience working in or with the German market
- Strong organization negotiation and communication skills
- Sales or account management background is a plus
- Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Offer Summary:
- Base salary: 18461/year 6000 in benefits
- Standard working hours: 39h/week
