You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailEmployee-Owned Premier Countertop Company is looking for a Kitchen and Bath Showroom Coordinator to join the Sales team for a growing company in Rochester.
JOB SUMMARY:
Oversees daily operations of a showroom ensuring a positive customer experience and supporting sales and design teams. Greets customers answers inquiries maintains showroom displays and often assists with tasks like working with customers scheduling appointments and coordinating deliveries.Responds to customer inquiries regarding product offerings company services product pricing order status and delivery schedules. Provides excellent customer service by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products services and or product specifications.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Follow up on customer inquires regarding product offerings pricing and delivery timelines.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email fax and in-person showroom visits; prepare sales quotes for current and prospective clients.
Collaborate with production staff to review customer requirements and product specifications.
Analyze customer specifications layouts and dimensions to develop accurate pricing and communicate relevant information to clients.
Meet with clients in the showroom to explain materials edge profiles and finishes and assist them through the selection process.
Coordinate the preparation and timely delivery of product samples based on customer requests.
Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental and company objectives.
Contribute to the overall success of the company by performing all assigned duties in a professional timely and accurate manner. Follow all company safety policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED required.
Two to three years sales or customer service experience required.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with customers vendors and co-workers in a professional and helpful manner in person or via phone or written correspondence.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to educate customers on the product.
Ability to create compose and edit written materials.
Excellent organizational interpersonal and written communication skills.
Ability to send/receive email messages post information to a database or spreadsheet and perform basic word processing and/or data entry.
