Delta FM has the expertise experience and support to provide exceptional facilities management services to a diverse range of industries in almost any geographic location at any stage of a project.
We are seeking Trade Qualified WA Licenced Plumbers to join our WA Talent Pool conducting Maintenance activities across Remote Village Accommodations WA-Wide. These positions will be FIFO from Perth Airport 12 Hour Days 11 hours Paid.
THE POSITION
- Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection classification repairs and planned works
- Fault finding reactive maintenance and assisting other trades
- Repair and maintain plumbing replacing defective washers mending broken pipes clogged drains etc.
- Prioritise and attend to urgent requests
- Provide mobile device workorders updates and time estimates including risk assessments.
- Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral ethical legal standards and maintain best FM practice.
- Report to Delta FM Hub Scheduling Team
THE PERSON
- Current WA Plumbing Licence
- Full C Class Drivers Licence White Card & current Police Check
- Team player and able to work autonomously
- Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening
- Resides in WA and fly from Perth Airport
