Position Overview
Were expanding our high-performing sales team and seeking multiple driven relationship-oriented Outside Sales Executives. Territory & Market Opportunity
- Primary Markets: Northern VA DC and MD with expansion opportunities in NY and CA
- Client Portfolio: Multi-billion dollar organizations including government contractors (GDIT SAIC) and commercial leaders in hospitality and banking
- Specialization: Senior-level IT placements with average contract length of 11 months
- Foundation: Leverage our robust client database and warm leads to accelerate your growth
Key Responsibilities
- Build and expand relationships with decision-makers at enterprise-level accounts
- Conduct strategic client meetings to gather job requirements and understand staffing needs
- Manage the complete sales cycle from intake to successful contract start
- Partner with our dedicated recruiting team to deliver top-tier IT talent
- Conduct on-site candidate interviews to ensure quality matches
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system and participate in daily team collaboration
- Success Metric: Minimum 2 contract starts per month with unlimited upside potential

- Base Salary: $65000 $125000 (based on experience)
- Total Compensation: $100000 $400000 with uncapped commission
