Greystones Group is hiring an Analyst to support the Navy in financial management and administrative services. In this role you will gain experience in finance and accounting. The analyst will support financial planning reporting and analysis efforts helping the company make data-driven decisions.
Onsite in San Diego CA.

Pay starting at $18/hr
Responsibilities:
- Use quantitative analytical techniques to assess program process issues and assist with developing risk reduction/mitigation approaches for improving program planning control and execution.
- Assist with planning directing coordinating and analyzing accounting and other financial activities of a branch office or department of establishment ensuring the efficient and skillset use of resources.
- Recommend alternative methods of funding to meet financial program objectives.
- Prepare/analyze the funding and execution reports.
- Interact with Senior Level Military and Government officials participate in communicating status to upper-level management.
- Review design and implement process changes. Serve as a resource for resolution of problems.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Navy ERP system.
- Experience supporting a DoD Navy or Marine Corps program.
- Basic knowledge of financial statements and key financial metrics.
- Experience planning coordinating and analyzing accounting and other financial activities for financial program objectives.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Active Secret Clearance
