In this role you will be managing around 70 team members report to the Director of Culinary and will mainly be overseeing banquet operations and assisting in outlets as needed
The ideal candidate will have a background in high volume banquets luxury hotels/fine dining and will embody the values of Hilton
Classification:Full-Time
Shift: Various must be available to weekdays weekends and holidays.
Pay Rate:The annual salary range for this role is $120000-$150000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
What will I be doing
As Executive Sous Chef you would be responsible for assisting in the direction and administration of the planning preparation production and control of all culinary operations in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
