The Job:

As a Category Marketing Manager youll be part of our Valley City OH team working as a Hybrid employee. The Category Marketing Manager is responsible for planning development and execution of comprehensive brand marketing strategy including but not limited to supporting including product launch planning product naming and messaging photography and video and collateral development. We are seeking an enthusiastic out-of-the-box thinker who will be proactive and look to identify opportunities to streamline processes and work cross-functionally with the business and North America Marketing teams to drive strategic and creative marketing solutions. Youll get to:

  • Understand and create a vision for the future of the brand. Understand and internalize the vision for the future of the brand; should build strategies that support that vision and establish a roadmap elevate brand positioning in the hearts and minds of end users to achieve specific brand KPIs including share and perception change.
  • Manage parts and attachments branding including packaging creation/updates photography and positioning.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and vendor partners to deliver improved end user experience across all touchpoints (online and offline).
  • Enroll and engage product and commercial partners and senior leadership to plans proposed.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and with agency partners to plan develop and deliver dynamic world-class content and packaging.
  • Partner with the research team to gain insight into how our user segments experience the brand to create user-based benefit driven campaigns for core and new product categories.
  • Work with Global Marketing Digital team on objectives KPI alignment and tracking of digital ecosystem and make recommendations to improve executions.
  • Work closely with internal sales/channel teams to recommend and develop ways for the brand to partner and drive business growth at key retailers. (Regional BM).
  • Develop selling support for end-users and service partners working with both internal and external partners and agencies. (Regional BM).

  • Have 3 years of brand marketing experience.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing or communications
  • Experience in Brand Campaign Development & Execution
  • Experience with developing marketing campaigns product packaging developing content & messagingstrategies leveraging insights to drive decisions optimizing and reporting out on performance.
  • Strong business acumen including financial/budget management skills.
  • Works with integrity responds with speed and has self-accountability.
  • Communicates consistently & effectively throughout organization.
  • Flexible with a changing environment
