The Work:
We are seeking a Modern Workplace Analyst Intern to join our Modern Workplace team at Canadas Challenger Bank. As an intern youll play a vital role in supporting and improving the user experience across various endpoints within the bank including laptops mobile devices and cloud solutions. Your focus will be on enhancing end-user experiences and streamlining service delivery processes to minimize incidents related to planned changes.
As a member of the Modern Workplace team you will also collaborate and partner with different stakeholders to create policies processes and application deployments that meet the goals of the Digital Workspace Strategy.

The incumbent will be working hybrid and in office time will be spent working from Equitable Banks additional office space located at 2200-25 Ontario Street Toronto ON.
