We are currently looking for a Content Managerready to join our adventure share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.The Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Content Manager to join our growing marketing department. In this critical role you will be responsible for developing managing and optimizing all content across our digital platforms with a strong focus on our website blog and external partner materials. You will be key in shaping our brand voice enhancing our online visibility and attracting new customers through high-quality SEO-driven content.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
Oversee all content on our corporate website ensuring it is accurate up-to-date engaging and optimized for user experience and search engines.
Manage and grow our company blog including content planning ideation writing editing and publishing engaging articles on financial topics relevant to our audience.
Create high-quality external content for our partners including articles whitepapers case studies and other marketing collateral designed to support their initiatives and enhance our brand reach.
Lead all SEO content initiatives including keyword research content gap analysis on-page optimization and technical SEO recommendations for our website and blog.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g. product legal marketing sales) and external agencies to ensure content accuracy compliance and alignment with overall campaigns.
Manage the content calendar ensuring timely delivery of all content assets.
Regularly audit existing content identifying opportunities for improvement updates or repurposing to maximize its value.
Analyze content performance using analytics tools providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends SEO algorithms and digital publishing best practices.
Proven track record (3 years) in content management content strategy and SEO preferably within the financial services industry or a highly regulated environment.
Deep expertise in managing website content and a strong understanding of web publishing platforms (CMS).
In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and hands-on experience with SEO tools(e.g. SEMrush Ahrefs Google Analytics Google Search Console).
Exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
Experience in creating content for various formats including blog posts website pages articles and marketing materials.
Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear engaging and easy-to-understand content.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Journalism Communications or a related field.
