The Opportunity:
Were looking for a highly motivated and skilled AI Solutions Coordinator to join our growing team. In this pivotal role youll bridge the gap between business needs and advanced AI capabilities driving the development and implementation of intelligent solutions. Youll work within cross-functional teams using your strong technical background and product-oriented mindset to automate workflows optimize processes and deliver tangible business value across our operations.
What Youll Do:
Support AI Solution Development: Assist in designing and building AI-powered solutions to automate and enhance business workflows. Work with team members to prepare and pre-process data for AI model training. Help integrate AI components into internal systems and digital products.
Collaborate with Teams: Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand process challenges and identify areas for AI/automation. Attend discovery sessions and assist in translating business needs into technical tasks with mentorship from senior engineers.
Prototype & Experiment: Participate in the development of proof-of-concept solutions using tools such as Python APIs or low-code platforms. Support testing and evaluation of model performance under the guidance of experienced engineers.
Automation & Integration: Contribute to scripting and automation workflows using Python or RPA tools to reduce manual effort and streamline processes. Help set up and maintain data pipelines and integrations between systems.
Documentation & Learning: Maintain clear technical documentation on code processes and solution designs. Continuously improve your understanding of AI/ML cloud tools and automation platforms through team learning and personal development.
Stay Curious: Stay informed on emerging AI tools and technologies especially in Generative AI workflow automation and data processing.
About You:
02 years of professional experience in a relevant role (internships or academic projects welcome).
Basic proficiency in Python or a similar programming language.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as supervised learning NLP or computer vision (project or coursework experience acceptable).
Exposure to Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT GitHub Copilot Claude or other LLM-based platforms).
Understanding of basic data manipulation and cleaning techniques using tools like Pandas SQL or Excel.
Interest in workflow automation tools (e.g. Zapier UiPath Power Automate) and scripting for integration.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative and learn from feedback.
Effective communication and teamwork skills with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical colleagues.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with front-end development frameworks (e.g. React Angular ) for building user interfaces for AI applications.
Experience with User Centered Design
Experience with agile development methodologies.
