Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Salary: 51000 per annum

What Were Looking For:
- RGN qualification with valid NMC registration.
- Strong experience leading a nursing team or managing a ward ideally in a complex care neurorehabilitation or similar setting.
- Excellent knowledge of Clinical Governance CQC standards and safeguarding protocols.
- Proven ability to coach mentor and develop staff.
- Mentorship in Practice (MIP) qualification (or willingness to achieve it).
- A compassionate forward-thinking leader committed to excellence in care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day clinical operations ensuring high-quality care and compliance with CQC standards.
- Develop personalised care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams for residents with complex and neurological conditions.
- Monitor clinical standards conduct audits and drive quality improvements across the service.
- Provide clinical supervision mentoring and support to nursing staff fostering a positive and inclusive working environment.
- Work closely with families GPs specialists and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated care.
- Stay current with clinical best practices safeguarding requirements and regulatory updates relevant to complex care settings.
