Accounts Payable
Overview
As an Accounts Payable Specialist you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices while providing exceptional service to their clients. This is a full-time position based in a great modern working environment. Our client is looking for someone willing to learn with a diligent attitude and a genuine interest in providing a consistently great service.
Benefits
- Salary: 25000.00-27000.00 depending on experience
- Full-time: Monday - Friday 25 hours

Responsibilities
- Verify data and process invoices using in-house and third-party software systems
- Address discrepancies with customers and ensure invoices are processed within strict deadlines
- Respond to customer queries via email in a clear and polite manner
- Ensuring invoices are processed to strict deadlines
- Liaise with the processing team based in overseas
Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Communicate in a clear and polite manner with customers and colleagues
- Previous related finance skills or would consider someone looking looking to get into a transactional finance role
