We are seeking an adept IT professional with strong problem-solving and customer service skills to join our dynamic team in the position of ICT Service Desk Analyst on a temporaryfull-time basis. In this role you will provide technical support through the Service Desk to users of the Councils ICT environment including business applications systems software desktop computers peripherals mobile devices and the communications network. The successful candidate will resonate with ourvalues of Respect Accountability and Innovation and our Customer Promise which are at the heart of everything we do at Penrith City Council.

Salary: $78619.00 - $91006.00 per annum plus 12% Superannuation
