Whats the role
An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Infrastructure Services Specialist to join the infrastructure team in Group Technology. This role is responsible for defining strategy leading the development and maintenance of technology standards across multiple technology disciplines and for developing robust flexible and supportable infrastructure solutions for the Westpac Group.
What do I need
- Extensive IT industry experience within a technology focussed role
- Experience in Governance and Operational reporting - Essential
- Experience with Change Management - Essential
- Extensive experience in a complex IT infrastructure environment incorporating planning implementation operational management configuration and maintenance
- Knowledge in one or more relevant infrastructure domains
- Advanced analysis problem solving and consultative skills
- A firm understanding of a financial services operating environment and core applications and products desirable
- Strong communication skills and a background in IT or related studies or equivalent experience.
