We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Project Manager to join our partners team.
In this role you will act as a strategic partner to a portfolio of 10 enterprise and mid-market accounts. Positioned between delivery consulting and product strategy you will be responsible for driving successful outcomes by understanding client needs solving challenges and coordinating cross-functional teams including Customer Success and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of assigned accounts acting as a trusted advisor and solution consultant
- Lead client meetings proactively identify challenges and design actionable solutions
- Collaborate with technical consultants CSMs and sales representatives to align on client goals and project timelines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests managing priorities and expectations
- Coordinate and track implementation efforts ensuring high-quality delivery of consulting and technology solutions
- Contribute to internal best practices and client success strategies based on real-world feedback
- Guide internal stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery standards across projects
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in project management client success or solution consulting preferably in SaaS IT consulting or digital product environments
- Strong background in client-facing roles with proven problem-solving ability
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative work autonomously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Turkish
