The Project Manager/Estimator oversees construction projects from initial bidding to final closeout ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is skilled in job costing cash flow and financial reporting and thrives in a dynamic environment that values adaptability and continuous improvement.
What Youll Do:
- Manage all phases of construction projects from bidding through closeout.
- Prepare and submit competitive bids and coordinate material takeoffs.
- Oversee project budgets schedules RFIs and overall performance.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and under budget using strong financial oversight.
- Embrace feedback adapt to change and support continuous improvement.
What Youll Need:
- Bachelors degree in construction management or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in project management and/or estimating.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel; Foundation Software experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of job costing P&L statements receivables and cashflow.
- Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
