Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager Rigid & Flexible PU Foams

Location: Lahore
Model: B2B

We are a leading chemical solutions provider specializing in high-quality polyurethane (PU) systems. Our products serve diverse industries including construction furniture sports and packaging. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth in our Rigid and Flexible PU business lines.

Position Summary:

As Sales Manager Rigid & Flexible PU Foams you will develop and execute sales strategies for both rigid insulation foams (e.g. panels spray insulation) and flexible cushioning foams (e.g. automotive seats sports padding). You will identify new markets build strong customer relationships and deliver on revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for Rigid and Flexible PU products.
  • Identify and target key customers in construction automotive furniture and sports industries.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation customer meetings technical presentations quotations negotiations and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors OEMs contractors and end-users.
  • Provide technical guidance on product selection applications and performance benefits.
  • Coordinate with R&D and Technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy margins.
  • Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and market intelligence for management.
  • Participate in trade shows conferences and customer training sessions to promote products.

    Key Product Segments:

    Rigid PU Foams:
    PU sandwich panels
    PU spray insulation
    Cold store/cold chain insulation
    Pipe insulation systems

    Flexible PU Foams:
    Automotive seats (2-wheeler & 4-wheeler)
    Furniture and bedding
    Sports equipment padding (boxing gloves football foam)
    General cushioning applications

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Chemical Engineering Marketing or related field.
    • 510 years of B2B sales experience preferably in PU systems chemicals or related industrial products.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of polyurethane foam markets and applications.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to travel domestically (and possibly internationally) as required.
