We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with proven experience in process automation and vision systems to lead large & complex system integration projects globally for CPG industries. This person will serve as the bridge between our technical teams system integrators and customers ensuring seamless communication efficient execution and positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves international travel to various project sites for critical mile-stone reviews during the project life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for the customer on all project matters
Oversee the planning execution and delivery of automation projects
Work directly with Engineering Teams technical partners and vendors to ensure project success from design through deployment.
Coordinate with international site teams vendors and system integrators understanding cross-cultural and regulatory nuances.
Interface with senior-level decision-makers at large organizations demonstrating professionalism and technical expertise.
Prepare and deliver concise updates documentation and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks allocate resources and manage project budgets.
Ensure compliance with all industry standards quality protocols and safety regulations
Gather feedback to optimize future deployments drive process improvements and support a culture of technical excellence. Ideal Candidate Profile
Hands-on experience in Plant / process automation preferably in machine vision. At least 5 years as a project manager for system integration projects involving automation for manufacturing lines. Knowledge of regulatory and operational frameworks for CPG manufacturing sites.
Experience working with cross-functional & remote teams. Knowledge of Spanish & Mandarin language will be added advantage
Demonstrated success managing projects for large sophisticated clients (CPG or similar industries).
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management tools
Engineering degree with PMP or equivalent Project Management certification
Pay Rate: 75/Hr
