This is a full-time staffing role for one of our internal companies a leading e-commerce consulting and management firm specializing in helping brands scale their operations. They provide expertise in supply chain management financial analysis and marketing strategy to optimize and grow online businesses. With a strong focus on Amazon and direct-to-consumer sales they help brands streamline operations improve profitability and achieve long-term success in the digital marketplace.

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Elite experience in Industrial Modern and Tech product design
• Perform market and design research to spark innovation and ensure relevance
• Concept and develop physical productsfrom napkin sketch to factory-ready CAD
• Apply thorough DFM principles to ensure your designs are as buildable as they are beautiful
• Design packaging that stands out online and delivers an impressive unboxing experience
• Create clear brand-aligned instruction manuals for user-friendly experiences

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

• Obsessed with detail quality and manufacturabilityyou meet high standards and raise them
  
• Expert-level CAD and 3D modeling skills (SolidWorks or similar)
  
• Deep knowledge of DFM principles and manufacturing processes
  
• Packaging design experience for direct-to-consumer brands
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for design documentation and presentation
  
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
