PV Field Engineer

Main Responsibilities:
- Installation/Commissioning Instruction: Provide installation/commissioning training to customer/installer ensure all the Huawei equipment would be installed safely reliably and properly.
- Troubleshooting to malfunctioned equipment: Locate the fault by remote support or on-site service instruct the customer/ maintenance personnel get the faulty equipment recovery.
- Preventive Maintenance: Routine maintenance triggered by Huawei such as testing performance of solar system checking historical alarms checking the reliability of cable connection and exporting inverter logs etc.
- Service StrategyCollect customer service requirements analyze service strategies in the inverter industry and support the service strategies in specific countries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher; electrical engineering (or equivalent) would be preferred.
- At least two years of experience in PV or energy storage business.
- Knowledge of Mechanical principles electronics and AC/DC power distribution;
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic circuits;
Understand the after-sales service process. - Good communication skills with customer teamwork spirit; tough and able to work under pressure good professionalism hard-working strong execution good learning ability.
