Role Overview

As we continue to expand our reach and elevate our online presence were seeking a talented Performance Marketer Intern to join our team. If youre passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to deliver measurable results and thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment we want to hear from you!

As our Performance Marketer Intern youll be supporting on developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our brand locations and products towards our end-users. Youll work on various channels and youll be part of our Growth team existing of performance marketing growth marketing and business analytics. This role requires both a hands-on mentality creativity and strategic thinking.

What Youll Be Doing

• Creating high-converting content including: ad copy email copy and landing pages - aligned with our marketing objectives
• Be involved in the creation monitoring and optimization of Google Ads Microsoft Advertising and social media ad campaigns (META TikTok etc.)
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities and optimize ad performance
• Assist in recording marketing data and updating dashboards
• Participate in affiliate marketing and communicate with partners
• Enthusiastic in marketing automation and process improvement

What You Bring

• Youre preferably currently studying in the Netherlands in the fields of Marketing Business Analytics or related fields and will be enrolled as a student during the whole duration of the internship. If not a student an Orientation Visa is a requirement (if not EU citizen).
  
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Looking for a 6-month internship starting September
• Looking for a part-time internship (32 hours per week)
• Understanding of Google Sheets/Excel Pivot Tables and Formulas
• Basic understanding of Google Ads Microsoft Advertising and major social media advertising platforms
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and ability to interpret marketing metrics (CPA ROAS CPC etc.)
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Additional nice-to-haves:

• Analytical skills with the ability to process data and draw actionable insights. Programming language (Python/SQL) is a big plus!
  
• Proactive understanding of App Promotion efforts
• Previous internship or project experience in digital marketing or advertising
  
• Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices is an advantage
  
• Familiarity with cities and locations in the Netherlands
  
• Comfortable (or fluent) in Dutch
