The Role
As an Associate Manager/Manager in our Audit team youll be instrumental in delivering exceptional audit services to a varied and impactful portfolio. Based in our Bristol office youll lead audit engagements from planning through to completion ensuring high-quality delivery and a seamless client experience. Youll work closely with managers and partners supporting the wider team and playing a key role in developing junior colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Audit Engagements: Take ownership of audits from initial planning to final sign-off ensuring technical excellence and compliance throughout.
- Client Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with clients gaining a strong understanding of their operations and offering proactive value-added insight.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise closely with managers partners and colleagues across the firm to deliver a joined-up service and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Review & Supervision: Review the work of junior team members providing constructive feedback and on-the-job coaching to support their development.
- Technical Delivery: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auditing standards regulations and developments within the charity and not-for-profit sector.
Qualifications Knowledge & Experience:
- Qualified Auditor: You are ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong audit background gained within a UK accountancy practicewhether Top 10 mid-tier or independent.
- Confident Communicator: Youre comfortable engaging with clients and internal teams able to explain technical matters clearly and professionally.
- Detail-Oriented & Organised: You thrive in a fast-paced environment managing deadlines with confidence and consistently delivering high-quality work.

The Nitty Gritty
- Our standard working week is a 37.5-hour week on a hybrid basis
- Core working hours are 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday
