Business Operation Analyst (on-site)

We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our operations team onsite in Burbank. This role supports the firms business and legal operations by analyzing data generating reports and leveraging AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and decision-making. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented tech-savvy and able to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect analyze and interpret operational financial and case-related data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports for leadership and practice groups.
• Utilize AI tools and reporting software to automate processes enhance data accuracy and improve workflow efficiency.
• Support attorneys case managers and leadership teams by providing data insights and performance metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal HR and finance departments to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with firm standards and confidentiality requirements.
• Provide support on special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Data Analytics or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) and database management.
• Experience with AI-driven tools and automation platforms for reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preferred: Experience working in a law firm or legal services environment.
