What Youll Be Doing
As part of our agile engineering team youll work at the heart of our core payment platform alongside passionate and skilled developers.
Depending on your expertise you could:
- Integrate with a wide range of third-party APIs and protocols
- Develop sleek powerful interfaces for our partners and customers
- Build and enhance our smart billing engine
- Create intuitive self-service tools
- Improve our data pipeline and backend architecture
Youll also:
- Own all phases of the development lifecycle from design to deployment
- Propose and implement innovative technical solutions
- Embrace and promote software engineering best practices
- Collaborate with our DevOps team to automate and secure the deployment process
- Contribute to the stability scalability and performance of our platform
Who Were Looking For
Youre more than a developer youre a problem-solver a team player and someone who genuinely cares about building high-quality software.
We think youll thrive here if you:
Have 45 years of experience as a software engineer
Are fluent in PHP or Java and understand design patterns deeply
Work comfortably in Unix-like environments
Have experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
Are quick to pick up new languages and tools when needed
Have a pragmatic mindset with a strong focus on automation
Can understand and simplify complex systems
Bonus points if you:
Have hands-on experience with Java 11 Docker Kubernetes Elastic AWS or Serverless
Have worked with payment providers (Visa MasterCard PayPal MobilePay)
Have a passion for Machine Learning
Come from an Agile/Scrum background and live by that mindset
