Job Description
- Work onsite 4 days/week (Mon-Thur) in Rocklin CA with potential contract-to-hire after 6 months
- Focus on ITSM/IT services and consulting with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience
- Develop and code ServiceNow features or similar ITSM platforms (minimum 2 years experience required)
- Utilize ITIL COBIT IT4IT and related frameworks to guide best practices
- Build integrations using web services APIs and database/ETL processes
- Employ web technologies including XML HTML JavaScript and SaaS platforms
- Drive strategy and design for ITSM tools and solutions
- Demonstrate understanding of technical infrastructure components (LDAP VPN SSL etc.)
- Communicate fluently in English both written and spoken
- Participate in a two-round video interview process
- No visa sponsorship available upon conversion; background/drug screening not required
