Job Summary (Corporate Manager / Sr. Manager / AVP / VP):
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients to drive business growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and present suitable product/service solutions
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue objectives
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate and close deals with corporate customers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
Experience: 5 to 15 years in the general insurance industry with a strong background in corporate sales or direct sales.
