Our client is seeking an experienced Cleaning Sterilization Engineer to lead autoclave validation activities in a dynamic regulated manufacturing environment. This role is highly hands-on focusing on executing sterilization protocols developing cycles and providing training and leadership to the team.
Responsibilities:
Our client is seeking an experienced Cleaning Sterilization Engineer to lead autoclave validation activities in a dynamic regulated manufacturing environment. This role is highly hands-on focusing on executing sterilization protocols developing cycles and providing training and leadership to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Floor Execution: Lead and perform autoclave validation and execution activities on the manufacturing floor ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Cycle Development: Develop optimize and document sterilization cycles for various equipment and materials.
- Sterilization Techniques: Apply expertise in steam sterilization and fixed equipment processes.
- Training and Leadership: Train and mentor team members in autoclave operations thermocouple placement and validation protocols.
- Validation Support: Support validation activities using Kayes or Ellab data acquisition equipment.
- Adaptability: Respond effectively to alarms unplanned events and extended work hours as needed.
- Extensive background in autoclave operations and sterilization validation.
- Proven experience independently executing autoclave cycle development and qualification.
- Strong understanding of steam sterilization techniques and fixed equipment processes.
