About:
We are a manufacturer of custom fluid transfer products such as hoses and tubing used in a wide range of industries including automotive marine construction agriculture food processing and medical. We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Operator to join our team.

High school diploma or GED
-
2 3 years of experience in CNC machine operation and programming
-
Experience with CNC benders mills lathes and similar machines
-
Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
-
Strong math skills especially in geometry and trigonometry
-
Able to set up machines and inspect first parts
-
Basic CNC programming skills (G-code or similar)
-
Able to troubleshoot machine and tooling issues
-
Skilled in using measuring tools and CMMs
-
Good communication skills and willing to help train others
-
Technical training or degree in machining or manufacturing
-
Experience with prototypes or small-batch production
-
Familiarity with tooling selection and cost estimation
-
Understanding of lean manufacturing or ISO quality systems
