Job Description

CNC Programmer
Fond du Lac WI


Full Time/Direct Hire


About:

We are a manufacturer of custom fluid transfer products such as hoses and tubing used in a wide range of industries including automotive marine construction agriculture food processing and medical. We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Operator to join our team.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED

  • 2 3 years of experience in CNC machine operation and programming

  • Experience with CNC benders mills lathes and similar machines

  • Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions

  • Strong math skills especially in geometry and trigonometry

  • Able to set up machines and inspect first parts

  • Basic CNC programming skills (G-code or similar)

  • Able to troubleshoot machine and tooling issues

  • Skilled in using measuring tools and CMMs

  • Good communication skills and willing to help train others

Qualifications:
  • Technical training or degree in machining or manufacturing

  • Experience with prototypes or small-batch production

  • Familiarity with tooling selection and cost estimation

  • Understanding of lean manufacturing or ISO quality systems
