Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all transactional accounting functions including AP AR payroll and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements budgets and forecasts.
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with operations leadership to provide financial insights.
Requirements:
- CPAandCMARequired.
- Experience with Restaurant365 strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in aControllerrole preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong hands-on accounting skills; willing to roll up your sleeves in daily transactions.
- Proficiency withOffice 365(Excel Word Outlook Teams) Required.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles cost controls and internal audits.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
