About:
We are Seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee and coordinate daily and long-term mechanical and electrical maintenance working supervisor role involves direct involvement in maintenance activities and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical work: lighting breakers wiring and network setup.
- Hire train and lead maintenance staff.
- Manage vendor contracts for maintenance tasks.
- Develop and track preventive maintenance programs.
- Troubleshoot and fix equipment issues to reduce downtime.
- Work with other teams to improve equipment efficiency.
- Coordinate parts and materials with procurement.
- Schedule maintenance around production needs.
- Help prepare and manage the maintenance budget.
- Keep maintenance areas clean and safe.
- Enforce safety rules and participate in safety programs.
- Manage capital projects and improvements.
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
- 3-5 years in electrical installations and troubleshooting including PLCs.
- 3-5 years leading maintenance teams in manufacturing preferred.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Able to read blueprints and work on mechanical equipment.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and a strong safety mindset.
- Self-motivated flexible and team-oriented.
