Position: Production Operations I (Direct)-Contingent Worker

Shift: (06:00 AM - 04:30 PM)
- Responsible for the general assembly of components in accordance with product specifications engineering drawings work orders and quality procedures.
- You will be cross trained in a variety of tasks including completing assembly checklists testing parts and monitoring stock bins.
- Your training will also include the use of a variety of hand and pneumatic tools.
- You will report directly to the Production Supervisor as well as the Plant Manager.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work effectively unsupervised.
- Strategic and creative thinking to analyze issues that may arise and create solutions.
- Ability to respond positively to feedback and implement change in process and procedures as needed.
- Basic math skills
- Ability to understand and interpret drawings BOMs and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Possess basic math skills.
- Requires a basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook.
Typical day look like
- Assembles components according to blueprints routers work orders checklists and specifications to build assemble and test parts and finished goods that meet quality standards in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Accurately completes assembly checklists.
- Monitors stock bins in work area and reports stock needs to Shop Floor Lead(s).
- Ensures a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and procedures.
- Adheres to the client Code of Conduct.
- Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:
