Job Description

We are Hiring for leading Financial Services Company

Division: Lead Management System

Designation: Deputy Manager

Role Function Area: Team Leader

Location: Ghansoli (Mahape- Navi Mumbai)

Experience: 4-8 years (Sales experience preferred)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Motivating and inspiring the team to surpass their potential.

Improving the team and facilitating the communication among the members of team.

Exceeding and meeting departmental objectives including conversion targets and lead generation.

Creating sense of ownership within the employees and resolving employee issues if any.

Education and Qualifications Bachelors degree in administration commerce management or any related field from an accredited institution.

Experience in call center activities.

4 years of experience of Tele sales minimum 2 years as a Team Leader.
