Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a
Senior Manager / Manager in Sales & Business Development. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting associates across Mumbai expanding our network driving business development initiatives acquiring new clients and ensuring exceptional client servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Identify recruit and onboard associates to strengthen the sales
team in Mumbai.
Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders industry
professionals and potential clients to enhance the companys market presence.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities including corporate and retail clients to achieve sales targets and expand the companys client base.
Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients by
understanding their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
Client Servicing: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing prompt and effective
support addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance policies and claims.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends
competitor activities and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or a related
field. A Masters degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in sales and business development within the insurance industry with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team with experience in
recruiting and managing associates.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to
present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Networking Abilities: Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain
relationships with clients industry professionals and team members.
