Position Title: Territory Sales Executive
Location: Siliguri Cooch Behar Malda
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Executive to manage and expand our sales efforts within a specific geographic area. The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels (cold calling networking referrals etc.).
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Provide ongoing support to clients ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to existing clients where appropriate.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends competitor activity and customer preferences.
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and threats.
- Use data to adjust strategies and improve sales efforts.
- Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations:
- Conduct product or service presentations to potential customers.
- Customize sales pitches based on the specific needs and pain points of each client.
- Demonstrate the value of products/services and explain their features and benefits.
- Sales Negotiation and Closing Deals:
- Negotiate terms and prices with customers to close sales.
- Work closely with the pricing and legal teams to ensure terms are favorable to both parties.
- Ensure all deals are closed according to company policies and procedures.
- Reporting and Forecasting:
- Regularly report on sales performance market conditions and customer feedback to management.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to assist with resource planning.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with marketing customer service and other internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Training and Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
- Attend training sessions and sales meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Territory Management:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory.
- Prioritize key accounts focusing efforts on high-potential opportunities.
- Effectively manage time and resources to cover the entire territory.
Qualification : H.S / Any Graduate
Experience : 1-2 year (Preferably from FMCG Industry)
