Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from warm leads interested in our programs
- Conduct structured discovery calls and consultative interviews (scripts provided)
- Guide prospective clients through the information and onboarding process
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up communication using CRM systems
- Coordinate schedules update client profiles and ensure smooth onboarding
- Create or post job and marketing content (templates training provided)
- Use tools like Google Workspace Zoom and online scheduling platforms
- Participate in your own personal development journey alongside the community
Youll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
- 5 years of professional experience in HR recruitment or talent coordination
- Confidence in phone/video-based interviewing and screening conversations
- A warm people-first communication style — both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently manage your own time and follow through
- Interest in personal growth and purpose-driven work
- Familiarity with digital tools like CRM software Zoom or Google Workspace
- Bonus: Experience with social media or basic content tools (training provided)
