Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and analytical LinkedIn Social Media Marketer to manage and grow our brand presence on LinkedIn. You will be responsible for building engagement driving B2B awareness generating leads and positioning the company as a thought leader in its industry. Ideal for someone who understands LinkedIns algorithm audience behavior and content trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy aligned with business and marketing goals.
Manage the companys LinkedIn page and support personal branding of key leadership profiles.
Create schedule and publish high-quality posts including text images carousels videos and polls.
Write compelling copy for company updates product launches employee spotlights and industry insights.
Monitor LinkedIn analytics to track engagement reach and conversions; adjust strategies accordingly.
Run targeted LinkedIn ad campaigns (sponsored posts lead generation forms etc. if required.
Identify trends hashtags and opportunities for community building and brand visibility.
Engage with relevant industry pages groups and comments to build a strong network.
Coordinate with design sales and HR teams for campaign input and alignment.
Track competitors and benchmark performance.
Qualifications and amp; Skills:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
13 years of experience in social media marketing preferably with B2B or tech companies.
Proven knowledge of LinkedIns platform content trends and analytics tools.
Strong written English communication and copywriting skills.
Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools (preferred).
Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads Manager (optional but a plus).
Self-starter with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
