Job Type: Optometry
Practice Location: Moscow ID & Pullman WA
Population: 80k between both counties
MD Or Corporate Owned: MD
Reason for Job Opening: Growing practice needs additional OD capacity
Experience Requirement: New grads welcome
Partnership Opportunity: Potential
Target Compensation: Guaranteed base plus multiple bonus plans
. Standard Monday–Friday schedule with no regular weekend hours.
. Minimal call coverage shared among providers.
. Flexible schedule options available. Full-time (4–5 days/week) preferred but part-time will be considered.
Optical Bonus Opportunity: 3% of gross collections on personally attributable gross optical sales.
Production Bonus Opportunity: 20% of your personal collections (excluding optical) on all collections exceeding $390000 annually (3x your base salary).
Retirement Program: Yes with employer match
